Overview
I led the design of a web app to provide The Futur's premium members a place to access and manage the hundreds of videos, resources, and other premium content included in their membership plan.
My responsibilities included:
- Map user flows for both new members and the migration of existing members
- Extend the marketing site's design system to include the web app UI
- Design hifi, responsive mockups and prototypes to present users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with and be the liaison to our external development team
The Before
After an influx of new members joining our Circle community—where both free and premium members hang out—we began noticing an uptick in questions about where to find premium membership content. It was time to build our content library.
